I shaped one half of the dough into a French bread loaf, as per the recipe, and put the other half into a 9x5 loaf pan\u2014perfect for sandwich bread this week! The recipe also worked just fine with a swap from canola oil to avocado oil. Helpful tip:<\/strong> You can use active dry yeast and instant\/rapid rise yeast interchangeably. Dough made with ADY will just take a bit longer to rise.
