I made this Easter Bread(Paska) this Easter'24. I halved the recipe and used a 8\" x8\" x 4\" deep casserole dish to bake. I used bread flour. I didn't add the raisins. The Paska has the old country flavor and goodness that says \"love\". Rich, flavorful with a hint of lemon. Perfect.
